How it works

1Pick them

Your Photos app already knows everyone by face. Choose the person and Exorcise gathers all 277 photos they appear in, in seconds. No scanning, no training, no waiting.

One click on a face is the whole setup.

2Review the piles

Photos of just them and photos with people you still love are kept apart, because those are different decisions. Everything starts selected; uncheck what deserves to stay.

Dimmed photos are keepers. They will not be touched.

3One confirmed click

Nothing is deleted until macOS itself asks you and you say yes. Not ready for the trash? File everything into two albums instead and decide another day. That path deletes nothing.

Delete 212 photos? The photos will be moved to Recently Deleted and removed from all albums.

Safety

Built to be regretted safely.

You click

Only the photos you reviewed, in the tab you are looking at. Nothing hidden rides along.

macOS asks

The system lists every photo before anything moves. The app cannot delete silently even if it wanted to.

30 days of undo

Deleted photos wait in Recently Deleted for a month. Changed your mind at 2am? Two clicks brings them back.

Want zero deletion? File into Albums organizes everything and removes nothing.

Privacy
